We love fried chicken, much like the majority of honorable Southerners (or, to be honest, anyone with taste buds).
We don’t enjoy the smell of frying oil that lingers in our kitchens. The offensive smell we’re referring to is undoubtedly familiar if you’ve ever made your own fried chicken or any other fried meal. When your kitchen (and living room, bedroom, and clothes) continue to smell like the inside of a deep fryer almost 24 hours later, it may be really nauseating.

Here are some ideas to help you deal with the stink since giving up fried food is obviously not an option.
Breathe deeply many times before you start. Set fans to blast air outside and open all windows. Activate the stove fan and air conditioner if that isn’t an option.

Set aside the space where you’ll be cooking. To stop the smell from transferring to other areas of the house, shut the doors to adjacent rooms.

On a cookie sheet, combine the butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Bake at 200 degrees for an hour. It will release the aroma of freshly cooked food throughout the entire kitchen.

Water and vinegar are brought to a boil. Bring one cup of water and one tablespoon of vinegar to a boil in a small pot. Simmer it for a while. Boil cinnamon or citrus peels for a more natural smell.

Leave bowls of coffee grinds or baking soda on your counter over night to absorb any additional odors.
